White Paper on Immediate Information Sharing
As of 1st July 2017, more than 62,000 businesses will be required to manage their VAT electronically. To ensure seamless adaptation, EDICOM has published a White Paper on the workings of the Immediate Information Sharing system or IIS developed by the Spanish Tax Administration Agency (AEAT).
VAT e-book keeping brings with it some changes in corporate administrative and tax processes. The changes mainly concern the form and quantity of information that companies must declare or deliver to the Tax Agency. EDICOM, thanks to its experience in developing B2G projects with Public Administrations and acknowledged technological expertise, offers businesses the solution and knowledge needed to make transition to this new compulsory system a quick and simple process.

White Paper on trust services for e-transactions in Europe.
In an increasingly digital Europe, citizens, businesses and the public sector need a regulatory framework that provides security and legal certainty in the e-activities taking place daily in both public and private environments.
These security mechanisms are provided in Regulation Nº910 / 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for e-transactions in the domestic market. The legislation, known as eIDAS, is in force since July 1, 2016. In this White Paper we explain what this new regulation entails and how it can help EU companies build a climate of trust and certainty in cross-border procurement and trading processes.
Moreover, the document includes a detailed discussion of qualified Long-Term Storage services. A qualified trust service that provides e-documents with the same legal value as a document signed and stored on paper, with additional benefits in terms of document retrieval efficiency and the obvious saving on space.
